About Us 

Our church is made up of people from all walks of life and from different nations. We tolerate and cherish diversity and we love to see new people. We really hope that you will feel at home with us. Our Sunday mornings begin with a warm welcome and an invitation to join in celebrating the good news about Jesus. Our worship is dynamic and lively with a mix of older hymns and more contemporary songs as we seek to lift up His name together. Members of the congregation take part in the bible readings and prayers.  We expect God to meet with us and speak to us.

We appreciate that, if you are new to a church or haven’t been for a long time, a service may seem a little daunting.  Don’t be shy!  Our worship is easy to understand and is conducted in plain English. You can access recordings of our services at Central here which will give you an idea of what to expect.

To express our love of God in a practical way, both our churches are active in our local community working alongside other agencies.  During the week our buildings are used by several local clubs and organisations for meetings, rehearsals and the like.

We are part of the Methodist Church and more locally, the North Herts Methodist Circuit.
